How we are getting through the time of COVID-19

It's a weird time.  This virus has totally changed things across the world.  This may be the first time in my lifetime that the entire world is in something together, and we all need to do our part in order to help each other.

I've been feeling all the feels and feeling multiple things at one time.  Trying to be positive and kind to those around me, as well as worried and concerned.  I've even had moments of a high level of agitation. Literally all over the place, and feeling like there's no control.  I don't consider myself a control freak, but I know that there are certain aspects of life that I really crave that control.

I called my Mom and made sure she has everything she needs, as she's on her own in a small town. She's all set with a stocked freezer, and if she runs out of something, a neighbour will pick it up for her, like milk or something.  That was a big relief for me.  My Mom has some health issues that could make her a candidate to more easily catch the virus, so knowing that she understands the severity of the situation and checking in with her was something for both of us.  It gave her the chance to check in with me too.

The thing that's helping bring me back to earth is that I'm not alone in this.  Every person and small business is going through this.  We're all going towards hard times, but we'll all be rising back up once this thing runs its course.

Day by Day.  That's the mindset I'm trying to live right now. And have been affirming out to the universe, this will wrap up as quickly as it started.

We have some fun, cool and BIG things coming down the pipeline, and we can't wait to share these things with you, but until timelines can be confirmed once this pandemic is under control and things go back to business as usual, we will have to hold them close to our hearts.  Which is where this all began.

We hope you and yours are safe, happy, and self-isolating. We're thinking of you and can't wait to pick up where we left off.
