My 3 Favourite Vintage Bottoms From My Own Closet

Over the years I've over accumulated and edited my vintage collection many times. And currently, it's at a point of only holding onto my longtime favourites.  I've never edited these pieces out because I legit wear them on the regular, and they have served me well.  These are my 3 favourite vintage bottoms.

This red pleated midi skirt is actually one of the first vintage pieces I ever bought for myself, long before the shop existed. It sits perfectly atop my hips and is perfect for twirling.  My favourite way to wear it is with a t-shirt, sneakers, and my faux leather moto jacket. But, it can be dressed up with a blouse and strappy sandals just as easily.  It's simply timeless.

These vintage jeans are so unique.  I cut the hem to get the perfect length and that raw edge, such a cool girl touch.  They are an odd shade of grey khaki meets the lightest sage green, so I usually pair it with other neutrals like white, cream and grey.  And guess what? They are menswear! That's how I get the perfect high waist and straight leg look.

These vintage Levi's cutoffs were another pair that I cut myself.  They were a full-length pair of jeans when I bought them, but wasn't a fan of the shape of the leg, but they fit me perfectly in the butt and hips, so chop chop! I cut them on a bit of an angle up towards the outer edge, that helps create a bit of sass without my butt hanging out.  I love to wear these with a swimsuit to the beach in the summer.
